Preamble :“Amendment XXVIII”
We The Peopleof the United States, in order to ensure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do hereby, demand that our elected representatives amend the Constitution of the United States of America to ensure fair, accurate, timely and transparent elections in all 50 states and the District of Columbia for the offices of President (popular vote), US Senators and US House of Representatives.


It is a right given to all Americans, by our founding fathers, to determine how “We The People” want to be governed as stated in our “Declaration of Independence” and our “Constitution of the United States of America”. The Constitution of the United States of America belongs to all of us, “We The People” and not just to politicians and wealthy donors.
 
The act of voting for those who govern, in a free and open society, is a privilege that is worth fighting for and should not be taken lightly by those who are governed. Preserving our “Freedom” is not easy in a diverse society like ours. It requires all of us to set aside our differences at critical times, in our history, and band together to protect our rights to have “Fair / Accurate / Timely / Transparent” elections.


Freedom isn’t Free, it requires all of us to work for it !!!  It requires us to be informed on key issues. It requires us to turn-off our computer games, turn off our televisions and set aside other daily issues once every 730 days and go to our local voting stations/poles to vote for the candidates of our choice that will govern us. It is our duty, as American citizens, to do this for ourselves, our families and our future generations. All generations have challenges, one of ours is to ensure our elections are “Fair / Accurate / Timely / Transparent”.  We as Americans can do this if we united as one voice and demand that our politicians adopt and approve “The Peoples Amendment”  — Amendment XXVIII to the Constitution of The United States.
