A “Nonprofit / Charitable” organization shall be established to manage and oversee the daily operating functions of “Vote For America”. The nonprofit shall include all necessary components to be a legally functioning entity:


• Article of Incorporation
• Board of Directors
• Bylaws and Conflict of Interest Policy
• Employer identification Number (EIN)
• File registration form for “Charitable Trust”
• File for Federal and State tax exemptions
• File all other documents required by state and federal agencies


A “Nonprofit / Charitable” organizational structure has been selected to ensure transparency and oversight concerning all activities associated with “Vote For America”


A qualified and experienced Attorney shall be employed to establish the “Nonprofit”. The Attorney shall be consulted, as needed, concerning any legal issues/questions that may surface in the future.�
