The Nonprofit/Charitable Organization (refer to the “Organization” tab) shall be transparent in “Funding” and “Expenditures” activities. It will be one of the guiding principles to ensure all funds are accounted for and reported each quarter. 


Immediate funding needs shall be raised using “GoFundMe”
• Attorney fees for setting up the “Nonprofit/Charitable Org.”  —  $6,000
• Miscellaneous funding requirements  —  $10,000


• Future funding shall be raised through the Nonprofit/Charitable Organization:
• Printing
• Mailings
• Radio and TV commercials
• Posters
• Promotional traveling
• Staff and/or Volunteer assistance
• Administrative materials / facilities
• Web page maintenance
• Digital Marketing & Advertising


Detailed budgets shall be developed once the Nonprofit/Charitable Organization is created and operational.
