
Solution
Form a bi-partisan initiative to amend the Constitution of the United States of America to improve the integrity of the federal election process that will ensure the results are Fair, Accurate, Timely and Transparent.
The amendment shall define and standardize the election processes and procedures, for the offices of President (popular vote), US Senators and US House of Representatives, for all 50 States and the District of Columbia. The new amendment shall be referred to as “Amendment XXVIII” and shall be named: “The Peoples Amendment”.
It is important to note, each state and the District of Columbia shall continue to organize and carry-out the elections in their individual State. Each State and the District of Columbia shall continue to have complete authority and autonomy over their State and Local elections.
The two Articles in our “Constitution of the United States of America” that are relevant to adding an amendment to the “Constitution” are the following:
– “Article I, Section 4”
– “Article V”
