The 2020 presidential election featured record turnout and recorded use of nontraditional voting methods, according to the “Voting and Registration in the Election of November 2020 [https://www.census.gpv/library/publication/2022/demo/p20-585.html]” report released February 17, 2022 by the U.S. Census Bureau.


More voters (154.6 million) turned out for the presidential election in 2020 than in 2016 (137.5 million), the largest increase between consecutive presidential elections since the inception of the “Current Population Survey” CPS voting supplement in 1964.


Changes in election procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic did yield a dramatic increase in the use of nontraditional voting methods – casting a ballot by mail, ballot harvesting, or in person prior to Election Day. For the first time on record in the CPS voting supplement, a majority (approximately 70%) of voters cast ballots by a nontraditional method in the 2020 presidential election.

The elections of 2018, 2020, and 2022 were three of the highest-turnout U.S. elections of their respective types in decades. About two-third (66%) of the voting-eligible population turned out for the 2020 Presidential election – the highest rate for any national election since 1900. The 2018 election (49% turnout) had the highest rate for a midterm since 1914. Even the 2022 election’s turnout, with a slightly lower rate of 46% exceeded that of all midterm elections since 1970.

Do to the COVID-19 restrictions placed on the general population of this country, by our politicians, leading up to the 2020 Elections many states mailed out ballots to all registered voters on the “State Voter Rolls. Many of these voter rolls had not been updated for several years prior to the election. This created a perfect environment for “Ballot Harvesting” which most likely resulted in the increased number of votes counted for the 2020 presidential election. 


There is a very high probability that there will be fewer votes cast in the 2024 presidential election than in the 2020 Presidential election.  Fewer states will most likely not mail ballots to all registered voters like they did in the 2020 election. This phenomenon can be seen in the number of votes counted in the 2020 Presidential election (154,600,000 votes) vs. the 2022 Midterm election (107,700,000 votes) a decrease of approximately 46,900,000 votes.  If this occurs in the 2024 election, politicians and pundits will explain it by suggesting that some voters were disgruntled with election processes or were not happy with any of the Presidential candidates. This will not be the reason. The actual reason will be there were not as many ballots mailed to voters and therefore not as many ballots available to be harvested. 


The number of ballots cast does not necessarily equal the number of “Voters” in states where Ballot Harvesting is legal. Refer to the “Ballot Harvesting” tab on this Web Site. 
35% of all states including D.C. (Group 1) do not overly restrict ballot harvesting or have no restrictions – 
55% of all states and D.C. (Group 2) have some restriction greater than Group 1
10% of all States and D.C. (Group 3) only allow the voter to return mail ballots


Refer to the table above. The table indicates that Democrats in 2020 and 2022 used Mail / Absentee / Harvesting for voting significantly more than Republicans. The Republicans have openly stated that they plan to be much more aggressive in using Mail / Absentee / Harvesting in the 2024 elections. “WE The People”are now in a situation where both major political parties are going to try to out maneuver and manipulate the outcome of ourelections. “We The People”are going to lose control of ourelections and our ability to maintain Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity as stated in our “Constitution of the United States of America”.


The 2020 election is “History” and relitigating it accomplishes nothing. However, we must learn from it and improve our election processes. Most logical people who understand what “Ballot Harvesting” truly is and the consequence of not requiring personal identification to vote, should realize it facilitates election fraud, election manipulation and cheating by individuals that do not respect the rule of law and do not understand that “We The People” desire to have elections that are Fair, Accurate, Timely and Transparent.  


“We The People”still have a chance to take back control of ourelection processes and procedures for the offices of President, US Senators and US House of Representatives. 


Our “Declaration Of Independence” states the following:
WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness – That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Governments, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 


Our “Constitution of the United States of America”specifies procedures for adding Amendments when necessary. It is now necessary to add an Amendment to our Constitution to ensure all future elections for the office of President (popular vote), US Senator and US House of Representatives are Fair, Accurate, Timely and Transparent. The new amendment shall be deemed:
